RULES:

- Do not harvest plants, many are protected and we have a responsibility to preserve them.
- Respect private property. Mountains and forests have owners. Respect fences, crops and other private property infrastructure.

- Avoid making unnecessary noise that could disturb the tranquility of the spaces and affect wildlife. Silence is a value that must be preserved.
- Motorized traffic is prohibited outside the roads and authorised tracks.
ADVICE:
Here we give you some general recommendations to make the routes comfortable and pleasant:

- Wear clothes suitable for the season, in winter wear warm clothes as the temperatures can be very low, especially in Prades. A light jacket is recommended in spring and autumn. In summer, the heat is predominant throughout the day.
