Cancellation policy
1- GENERAL:
Priorat Bike experiences is a platform of Montsant Natura SL.
These general conditions of sale apply strictly to all sales of products made in Spain, including the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands by Montsant Natura, with CIF number B43702554, to individuals.
Any order placed with Montsant Natura necessarily implies, as an essential, determining and indispensable condition, the unreserved acceptance by the Customer of the General Conditions of Sale of Montsant Natura in force on the day on which the corresponding order is placed. Furthermore, the Customer acknowledges that acceptance of these conditions will imply the application of these to the order to which they refer, as well as to any subsequent order, with the exception of those cases in which new conditions are brought to its attention by Montsant Natura. The fact that Montsant Natura does not resort at a given time to any of these conditions cannot be interpreted nor will it be equivalent to renouncing to resort to them in the future or in the past.
Applicable law and competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all acts that are a consequence of them, will be subject to Spanish law, unless there are public order provisions contrary to this.
2- PRICES:
The prices published in Montsant Natura are in Euros and are valid except for typographical errors. All prices include VAT applicable on the day of the order, any change in the VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of the products on sale in Montsant Natura.
Offers on products for sale at Montsant Natura will be shown in the “Offers” section or indicated on the product sheet and, unless otherwise indicated, will be valid while they are displayed on screen.
3- DIFFERENT PAYMENT METHODS:
When placing the order, the customer must pay for the purchases made at Montsant Natura through the online card payment platform.
4- PRODUCT:
The offers presented by Montsant Natura are valid within the limit of available stocks. Montsant Natura reserves the right to modify the assortment of products depending on the difficulties imposed by its suppliers.
The photographs, graphics and descriptions of the products offered for sale are for guidance only and do not in any way commit the seller Montsant Natura.
5- PRE-RESERVATION PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY INQUIRY:
Given that the products subject to availability consultation have limited availability, the guarantee of a place reservation can only be guaranteed if the prepayment is made within 24 hours of the availability response. In this case, together with the confirmation of the place, a link will be provided to access the payment gateway and thus formalize the reservation.
If payment for the reservation is not made 24 hours after notification of the available space, Montsant Natura reserves the right to release the space so that it is available for other operations.
In the event of cancellation due to non-payment of the reservation within the stipulated period, you will receive an email informing you of the cancellation of the reservation.
6- CANCELLATION POLICIES:
1- Cancellation by Montsant Natura:
The activities we offer are subject to the conditions of the environment in which they take place and the people who participate in them; therefore, they may be subject to changes or cancellation before or during the activity for different reasons, including:
– Weather factors such as electrical storms, strong winds, heavy rain, extreme heat…
– Adverse environmental conditions due to Civil Protection warning.
– Administrative decisions for the application of restrictions, access cuts due to works, for the application of fire prevention plans or against any other risk, etc…
– Unforeseen or accidental events and, in general, any dangerous situation that may pose a significant risk to the safety of any of our customers or employees.
In any of these cases, the company management (in advance) or the activity guide (if deemed appropriate), has the right, responsibility and obligation to modify or even suspend the activity for the benefit of the safety of customers, staff and the physical integrity of any person.
*In the event of cancellation by the company, the client will have the right to postpone the activity or receive a full refund of the amount paid.
2- Cancellation by the client contracting the activity:
– Cancellation before 20 days will result in a 100% refund of the payment for the activity. **
– Cancellation between 20 days and the date on which the activity will take place will be charged 25% to cover organizational costs and commitments to third parties. **
– Cancellation 24 hours before the activity will be charged 75%.**
– Cancellation within 24 hours will result in the entire activity being charged.
** All cancellations will be subject to an extra €5 charge for management and bank charges.
